This model is designed specifically for alcohol distillation from fermented fruit, such as apples, pears, peaches and apricots.

🥣 Double boiler for bain-marie distillation

The double-boiler design heats the product indirectly in a water bath, helping to distribute heat evenly and reduce the risk of the product sticking to the bottom.

💧 Water-seal closure

Like our hydraulic stills, this model features a water channel around the top of the boiler. When filled, it creates a simple, clean seal between the boiler and the still head.

🔔 Large still head

The still head collects the alcohol vapours produced during distillation. Its generous size helps the distillation process run efficiently and can reduce distillation time.

📏 Capacity and approximate yield

🚰 Total capacity: 10 litres.

📊 Typical yield: approximately 1–2 litres per run when distilling a fermented wash at around 10% ABV.

🔍 With a rectification lens (not included): approximately 0.75–1.5 litres at around 75% ABV.

These figures are estimates and may vary depending on the fruit used, fermentation process and distillation conditions.
