  • Orders will be shipped to the specified address within the three days following receipt of payment.

  • All orders include the shipping of the invoice inherent to the sent merchandise. However, some countries may require additional documentation from the customer or be subject to customs clearance taxes or other country-specific charges. In these cases, the customer is fully responsible for providing any necessary documentation and/or payments to the customs of the receiving country.

  • If the order is rejected or ignored by the customer, the carrier will contact them to coordinate the delivery date, keeping it for 7 days in the destination country, after which the return procedures will start. If the customer requires the order to be delivered again, they must bear all the costs incurred by the return.

  • The customer is responsible for informing themselves about any prohibition that some of the products displayed in our store might be subject to in their country. Returns or refunds corresponding to merchandise returned at the destination customs due to prohibitions in the destination country will not be accepted.

  • If the merchandise arrives defective to the customer or does not correspond to the purchase made or the delivery note, maritas.es will bear all costs incurred by the return and new delivery of the correct order.

  • The customer may exchange the received products for others of equal or greater value from those displayed in our virtual store, provided that the product to be exchanged is unopened and in the same condition as it was sent. All costs incurred by such exchange will be borne by the customer, adding a fixed amount of 25 Euros as operational expenses of our company.

  • The request for product exchange must be made within 72 hours following the receipt of the merchandise by the customer.

  • For your safety, always open the package in the presence of the carrier and make a written record on the claim guide that accompanies each order of any deficiencies found.
