Introducing the 30 liter COMPLETE Hydraulic Still, an exclusive model designed for alcoholic distillations.

This improved version of the classic still has a capacity of 30 liters and a yield of 10-15% of its capacity, using a 10º alcoholic ferment. This translates into obtaining 3 to 5 liters of distillate per distillation.

If a rectification or refinement lens is used during the distillation process, it is possible to increase the alcohol content but decrease the yield. In this case, you would obtain 2 to 3 liters of distillate at approximately 75º alcohol content.

This model features a head that includes a condenser, which facilitates condensation and the passage of gases, ensuring a higher quality in the distillate.

The 30 liter COMPLETE Hydraulic Still is used by both large distillers and micro distilleries. It is especially recommended for distilling gin, vodka, spirits, and high-quality, flavorful distillates.

This still is made of 1.5 mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish. The handles and nuts are made of shiny brass, and all the joints are soldered.

The product includes several accessories: a large thermometer from 0-120º to control the distillation temperature, a large alcoholometer from 0-100º to measure the alcohol content, a separation grid to prevent solids from sticking to the bottom of the boiler, a 25 cm gas grid specific to this model, and a rectification lens for obtaining a purer and higher proof distillate.

Among the advantages of the Hydraulic Still, the system of joining the boiler and the cap using water instead of flour paste or Teflon stands out, increasing the distillation result by 20%.
