This still is made of 2.5 mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish that gives it an elegant look. Additionally, the handles and nuts are made of shiny brass, and the welded joints ensure its durability.

A notable feature of this still is the presence of protective irons in the boiler, which not only protect the equipment but also facilitate the turning of the leftover product. This is especially useful for distillations of solids such as fruits, bagasse, cereals, and mash.

The still has a head equipped with a condenser that improves condensation and gas flow, resulting in higher quality distillate.

Its total capacity is 550 liters, with a useful capacity of 500 liters. The distillation time ranges from 6 to 8 hours, and the yield is 10 to 15% of the useful capacity. It is important to note that these yield data are based on a 10% alcohol ferment.
