All joints are soldered to ensure durability. This still includes protective irons in the boiler and an outlet tube that facilitates the discharge of excess product. However, the 2" stainless steel valve is not included.
The still features a head with a condenser that improves condensation and gas flow, resulting in a higher quality distillate.
Regarding capacities and yields, this still has a total capacity of 110 liters and a useful capacity of 100 liters. The distillation time is approximately 3-4 hours.
The yield is approximately 10-15% of the useful capacity, which is equivalent to 10-15 liters per distillation. It is important to note that these data are based on a 10% alcohol ferment.
The still comes with a large thermometer from 0-120º that allows for temperature control during distillation, as well as a large alcoholmeter from 0-100º that allows for determining the alcohol content of the distillate.
