Regarding its capacities and yields, the still has a total capacity of 330 liters and a useful capacity of 300 liters. The estimated distillation time is 5-6 hours and the yield ranges between 10% and 15% of the useful capacity.
In a simple distillation without a rectifier, a yield of 30 to 45 liters at approximately 45º alcoholic can be obtained.
With rectification, the yield can be 20 to 30 liters at approximately 75º alcoholic. These data are based on a 10º alcoholic ferment.
The still comes equipped with various accessories, such as a large thermometer from 0-120º to control the distillation temperature, a large alcoholmeter from 0-100º to measure the alcohol content, a support for the alcoholmeter that facilitates its use, a discharge tube with a 2.5" valve in stainless steel or brass to empty the excess product from the boiler, a 60 cm gas grill specific to this model, a rectification lens for refining the distillation and obtaining a higher purity and graduation alcohol, and iron supports on the boiler and cooler.
