This model is ideal for alcoholic distillations and represents an evolution of the classic still.

With a capacity of 30 liters, this still has a yield of 10-15% of its capacity, considering a 10º alcoholic ferment. This means that 3 to 5 liters of distillate can be obtained per distillation.

One of the standout features of this model is its head with condenser, which facilitates condensation and the passage of gases, resulting in a higher quality distillate.

This still is used by both large distillers and micro distilleries. It is especially recommended for distilling gin, vodka, spirits, and high-quality flavored distillates.

Made of 1.5 mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish, bright brass handles and nuts, and welded joints, this still guarantees durability and resistance.

In addition, it includes a large thermometer of 0-120º to control the distillation temperature, as well as a large alcoholmeter of 0-100º to measure the alcohol content of the distillate.

Among the advantages of the Hydraulic Still, its connection system between the boiler and the cap uses a water seal instead of the traditional flour paste or plumbing Teflon. This provides a 20% increase in distillation output.
