Made with 2mm copper sheet, this alembic features a hammered finish and has handles and shiny brass nuts, as well as welded joints to ensure durability.
One of the standout features of this alembic is its head with condenser, which facilitates condensation and the passage of gases, resulting in a higher quality distillate.
In addition, it includes protective irons on the boiler, which not only protect the equipment but also facilitate the turning over of excess product.
As for its capacities and yields, this alembic has a total capacity of 110 liters and a useful capacity of 100 liters. The estimated distillation time is 3-4 hours, and the expected yield is 10-15% of the useful capacity.
In a simple distillation without a rectifier, a yield of 10 to 15 liters at approximately 45º alcohol can be obtained.
With rectification, the yield can be 8 to 10 liters at approximately 75º alcohol. These data are based on a ferment of 10º alcohol.
In addition to the alembic itself, this product includes several accessories that facilitate its use and control.
It includes a large thermometer from 0-120º that allows for temperature control during distillation, as well as a large alcoholmeter from 0-100º to measure the alcohol content of the distillate.

The alembic comes with a discharge tube equipped with a 2" valve in stainless steel or brass, which allows for safe discharge of excess product from the boiler.
In addition, it includes a 40 cm gas burner specifically for this model, a rectification lens for purifying the distillation and obtaining a higher purity and graduation alcohol, and iron supports on the boiler and cooler.
