The still has a head that includes a condenser, which promotes condensation and the passage of gases, resulting in a higher quality distillate.
As for its capacities and yields, this still has a total capacity of 550 liters and a useful capacity of 500 liters. The estimated distillation time is 6-8 hours and the yield ranges from 10% to 15% of the useful capacity.
It is important to mention that these yield data are based on a 10º alcoholic ferment and a simple distillation without rectification. Under these conditions, a yield of approximately 50 to 75 liters of distillate at about 45º alcohol can be obtained.
In addition to the still, this product includes a large thermometer (0-120º) to control the distillation temperature, as well as a large alcoholmeter (0-100º) to measure the alcohol content of the distillate.
