Introducing the "200 liter Complete SOLIDS Hydraulic Still", a high quality and high performance product.

This still is made of 2mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish that provides strength and durability. In addition, its handles and nuts are made of shiny brass and all joints are welded to ensure a solid construction.

A notable feature of this still is the inclusion of protective irons in the boiler, which not only protect the equipment, but also facilitate the turning of the excess product. This is especially useful in distillations of solids such as fruits, bagasse, cereals, and doughs.

The still features a head that includes a condenser, which facilitates condensation and the passage of gases. This results in a higher quality distillate, ensuring an excellent final product.

In terms of capacity and performance, this still has a total capacity of 220 liters, with a useful capacity of 200 liters. The distillation time is approximately 4-5 hours and the yield varies between 10% and 15% of the useful capacity.

If a simple distillation without rectification is performed, a yield of 20 to 30 liters at approximately 45º alcohol can be obtained.

On the other hand, if rectification is used, the yield will be 15 to 20 liters at approximately 75º alcohol. These yield data are based on a 10º alcohol ferment.

This still comes with several accessories that facilitate its use and control.

It includes a large thermometer of 0-120º to control the distillation temperature, a large alcoholmeter of 0-100º to measure the alcohol content, a support for the alcoholmeter that allows for more comfortable graduation, a separation grid to prevent solids from sticking to the bottom of the boiler, a 60 cm gas burner specific to this model, a rectification lens to purify the distillation and obtain a purer and higher proof alcohol, and iron supports for turning in the boiler and cooler.
