A notable feature of this still is the inclusion of protective irons in the boiler, which not only protect the equipment but also facilitate the turning of the excess product, simplifying the distillation process.

The still has a head with a condenser that improves condensation and gas flow, resulting in higher quality distillate.

With a total capacity of 220 liters and a useful capacity of 200 liters, this still is ideal for large volume distillations.

In terms of yields, it is estimated that the distillation time is approximately 4-5 hours, with a yield of 10-15% of the useful capacity.

In the case of simple distillations without a rectifier, a yield of 20 to 30 liters at approximately 45º alcohol can be obtained, considering a ferment of 10º alcohol.
