It has a head that incorporates a condenser, which facilitates condensation and the passage of gases, thus achieving a higher quality distillate.
As for capacities and yields, this still has a total capacity of 450 liters and a useful capacity of 400 liters. The distillation time ranges from 6 to 8 hours, and its yield is 10-15% of the useful capacity.
In the case of simple distillation (without rectifier), a yield of 40 to 60 liters at approximately 45º alcohol is obtained. These data are based on a 10º alcohol ferment.
