This slow and aromatic distillation equipment provides a higher quality and higher alcohol content distillate.
With a capacity of 10 liters, it has a yield of 10-15%, which means that 1 to 2 liters are obtained per distillation.
The alquitar is made of 0.9 mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish. The handles and nuts are made of shiny brass, and the joints are riveted to ensure strength.
This complete set includes a medium thermometer from 0-120º to control the distillation temperature, as well as a large alcoholmeter from 0-100º to measure the alcohol content of the distillate.
It also includes a separation grill to prevent solid products from sticking to the bottom of the boiler, and a 20 cm gas grill specific to this model.
