The Classic Alquitara offers a slow distillation that results in a highly aromatic and refined distillate, with a higher alcohol content.
With a capacity of 20 liters, its yield ranges between 10% and 15%, obtaining 2 to 3 liters per distillation.
Made of 1 mm thick copper sheet, the Classic Alquitara features a hammered design, with handles and brass nuts and riveted joints.
