Introducing the Classic 1.5 liter Alembic + Thermometer + Alcoholmeter, a still composed of three essential parts: the boiler, the condenser or cap, and the cooler.
The alembic is made up of two pieces, the boiler and the condenser-cooler. With our alembic, you can enjoy slow and aromatic distillation, obtaining a higher quality and higher alcohol content distillate.
It has a capacity of 1.5 liters and a yield of 10-15% of its capacity, which means you will get between 150 and 225 ml per distillation.
Made of 0.7 mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish and handles and nuts in shiny brass, our alembic guarantees durability and resistance. In addition, the joints are riveted for added safety.
This product includes a small thermometer from 0-120º to control the distillation temperature and a small alcoholmeter from 0-100º to determine the alcohol content of the distillate.
