This still consists of three essential parts: the boiler, the condenser or cap, and the cooler. The alquitara is made in two pieces, the boiler and the condenser-cooler.
Our alquitara offers slow and aromatic distillation, resulting in a more refined and higher alcohol content distillate.
With a capacity of 5 liters, it has a yield of 10-15%, which means that you get 500 to 750 ml per distillation.
Made of 0.7 mm copper sheet, with hammered finish, shiny brass handles and nuts, and riveted joints, our alquitara guarantees quality and durability.
In addition, we include a medium-sized thermometer of 0-120º to control the distillation temperature, as well as a small alcoholmeter of 0-100º to determine the alcohol content of the distillate.
