The alquitar is manufactured in two pieces, the boiler and the condenser-cooler.
This slow and aromatic distillation equipment provides a higher quality and higher alcohol content distillate.
With a capacity of 5 liters and a yield of 10-15%, you can obtain 500 to 750 ml per distillation.
The alquitar is made of 0.7mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish, handles and brass nuts, and riveted joints.
In addition, this product includes accessories that guarantee precise control of distillation, such as a medium thermometer of 0-120º to monitor the temperature and a small alcoholmeter of 0-100º to measure the alcohol content.
It also includes a separation grid to prevent solids from sticking to the bottom of the boiler, as well as a specific electric burner for this model.
