This alquitara is manufactured in two pieces, the boiler and the condenser-cooler. The Classic Alquitara offers slow distillation that results in a highly aromatic and higher alcohol content distillate.
With a capacity of 1.5 liters, it has a yield of 10-15% of its capacity, which equates to obtaining between 150 and 225 ml per distillation.
Made of 0.7 mm copper sheet, the alquitara features a hammered finish, handles and nuts in bright brass, and riveted joints.
