This alquitara is made up of two pieces, the boiler and the condenser-cooler. Our product offers slow and aromatic distillation, allowing for a higher quality and alcoholic content distillate.
With a capacity of 30 liters, its yield ranges between 10% and 15%, resulting in a production of 3 to 5 liters per distillation.
Made of 1 mm copper sheet, this alquitara stands out for its careful design, with handles and bright brass nuts and riveted joints.
In addition, it includes various accessories that facilitate its use, such as a large thermometer from 0-120º to control the distillation temperature and a large alcoholmeter from 0-100º to determine the alcohol content of the distillate.
It also features a separation grid to prevent solid products from adhering to the bottom of the boiler, and a 25 cm gas grid specific to this model.
