Introducing the Classic 1.5 liter COMPLETE ELECTRIC Alembic, a distillation apparatus composed of three essential parts: the boiler, the condenser or cap, and the cooler.
The alembic is made up of two pieces, the boiler and the condenser-cooler. This exceptional alembic offers a slow distillation that results in a distilled product with intense and refined aroma, with a higher alcohol content.
With a capacity of 1.5 liters, it has a yield of 10-15% of its capacity, which means that between 150 and 225 ml are obtained per distillation.
Made of 0.7 mm copper sheet, our alembic stands out for its quality and durability. The handles and nuts are made of bright brass, and the joints are riveted to ensure a solid construction.
This complete package includes several essential accessories for distillation.
We have a small thermometer from 0-120º to control the temperature during the process, as well as a small alcoholmeter from 0-100º to measure the alcohol content of the distillate.
In addition, a separation grid is included to prevent solid products from sticking to the bottom of the boiler.
We also provide a specific electric burner for this model, ensuring optimal operation.
