Our alembic is made up of two pieces, the boiler and the condenser-cooler. This equipment allows for slow and aromatic distillation, resulting in a higher quality and higher alcohol content distillate.
With a capacity of 3 liters, it has a yield of 10-15%, meaning you will obtain between 300 and 450 ml per distillation.
Made of 0.7 mm copper sheet, our alembic features a hammered finish, shiny brass handles and nuts, and riveted joints to ensure durability.
The package includes several essential accessories for distillation.
The medium thermometer 0-120º will allow you to control the temperature during the process.
In addition, you will have a small alcohol meter 0-100º to determine the alcohol content of your distillate.
Also included is a separation grid to prevent solids from sticking to the bottom of the boiler, and a specific electric burner for this model.
