Our alquitara offers a slow distillation that results in an exceptional aroma distillate. You will obtain a more refined distillate with a higher alcohol content.
With a capacity of 10 liters and a yield of 10-15%, you will obtain 1 to 2 liters per distillation.
This product is made of 0.9mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish. The handles and nuts are made of shiny brass and the joints are riveted.
In addition, this set includes a medium thermometer from 0-120º to control the distillation temperature, as well as a large alcoholmeter from 0-100º to measure the alcohol content of the distillate.
