    We present the "Pack of 5 Black Label Yeast Sachets", a highly temperature-tolerant turbo yeast, ideal for the fermentation of puree, fruit brandy and alcohol bases.

    The recommended dosage is 3.6 grams of yeast per liter (0.5 oz/gal), although for a 15-15.5% alcohol base, it is recommended to use only 2.8 grams per liter (0.4 oz/gallon).

    This yeast has the ability to easily produce 17.5% ethanol, and often even an additional 1-2%.

    Here are the instructions for using this product in a quantity of 25 liters (6.6 gallons):

    1. Dissolve 6 kg (13 US pounds) of sugar in 6 liters (1.6 gallons) of hot water. Make sure the sugar has completely dissolved before continuing.

    2. Fill the container with cold water to the final volume, stirring constantly until the specific gravity of the liquid is 1090.

    3. Make sure the liquid temperature is below 39°C (102°F), then add 90 grams of Black Label yeast (equivalent to 3.18 oz. or 3.6 g/liter). For fermentations in larger volumes, you can get more information at www.turbo-yeast.com. Mix well until no yeast particles are visible.

    4. Let ferment at room temperature of 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F) for 3 days or until fermentation stops.

    The ingredients in this yeast include active dry yeast, yeast nutrients, and traces of vitamins and minerals.
