    Turbo 8 Yeast is the specific yeast you need to ferment sugar and obtain base alcohol.

    The sugar fermentation process to obtain base alcohol is very simple with Turbo 8 Yeast.

    You only need to dilute 8 kg of sugar in 8 liters of hot water and make sure it dissolves completely, stirring constantly.

    Then, add cold water until you reach a total of 25 liters and shake for 30 seconds.

    Before adding the contents of the yeast packet, make sure the temperature is below 30ºC and stir for 1 minute.

    If you want to speed up the cooling, you can replace some of the cold water with ice. To obtain optimal fermentation, we recommend maintaining a temperature of 20-25ºC.
