    The "Black Label Yeast" is the perfect choice to improve your fermentations.

    Our Black Label yeast is ideal for the production of mash, fruit brandy, and alcohol bases. Its temperature tolerance makes it a reliable and effective option.

    The recommended dosage for best results is 3.6 grams of yeast per liter (0.5 oz/gallon).

    However, when used for a 15-15.5% alcohol base, the recommended dosage is only 2.8 grams per liter (0.4 oz/gallon).

    This yeast has the ability to easily produce 17.5% ethanol, and can even reach an additional 1-2% in some cases.

    Below, we provide you with instructions for a successful fermentation of 25 liters (6.6 gallons):

    1. Dissolve 6 kg (13 pounds) of sugar in 6 liters (1.6 gallons) of hot water. Make sure the sugar is completely dissolved before proceeding.

    2. Complete the final volume with cold water, stirring constantly until the specific gravity of the liquid reaches 1090.

    3. Make sure the temperature of the liquid is below 39°C (102°F) and then add 90 grams of Black Label yeast (3.18 oz). If you need to ferment larger volumes, you can find more information at www.turbo-yeast.com. Mix well until no visible yeast particles remain.

    4. Let it ferment at room temperature of 20-30°C (68-86°F) for approximately 3 days, or until fermentation stops.

    Ingredients: active dry yeast, yeast nutrients, traces of vitamins and minerals.

    - 250 liters: 60 kg of sugar, 9 packets of yeast.

    - 300 liters: 75 kg of sugar, 10 packets of yeast.

    - 350 liters: 84 kg of sugar, 11 packets of yeast.

    - 400 liters: 96 kg of sugar, 12 packets of yeast.

    - 500 liters: 120 kg of sugar, 14 packets of yeast.

    - 600 liters: 144 kg of sugar, 15 packets of yeast.

    - 700 liters: 168 kg of sugar, 16 packets of yeast.

    - 800 liters: 192 kg of sugar, 17 packets of yeast.

    - 900 liters: 215 kg of sugar, 18 packets of yeast.

    - 1000 liters: 240 kg of sugar, 19 packets of yeast.
