It contains amyloglucosidase, an enzyme that breaks down non-fermentable sugars into fermentable sugars in steeped grains.

The way to use is simple: simply sprinkle the yeast on the surface of the puree at room temperature, wait 15 minutes and then shake and mix the puree well.
