    Introducing Black Bull Turbo Yeast, suitable for puree, fruit brandy and base alcohol.

    The instructions for using Black Bull Turbo Yeast are as follows:

    1. Dissolve 6 to 8 kg of sugar in 6 liters of hot or boiling water. Make sure the sugar is completely dissolved before proceeding.

    2. Then, add cold water to reach a total volume of 25 liters and continue stirring until the liquid is well mixed.

    3. Ensure that the temperature of the liquid is below 39°C and add the Black Bull Turbo Yeast. Continue stirring until no visible yeast particles remain.

    4. Allow fermentation at room temperature, between 20 and 28 °C, for 3 to 5 days (or 7 to 10 days if 8 kg of sugar was used), until fermentation stops.
