    We present the Pack of 5 packages of 1 kg of Black Label Yeast, a turbo yeast specially designed for use in puree, fruit brandy and as a base for the production of alcohol.

    The recommended dosage is 3.6 grams of yeast per liter (0.5 oz per gallon), although for a 15-15.5% alcohol base, only 2.8 grams per liter (0.4 oz per gallon).

    This yeast has the ability to easily produce 17.5% ethanol, and can even reach an additional 1-2%.

    Below are instructions for preparing 25 liters (6.6 gallons) of mix:

    1. Dissolve 6 kg (13 pounds) of sugar in 6 liters (1.6 gallons) of hot water. Make sure the sugar is completely dissolved before continuing.

    2. Fill the rest of the volume with cold water and continue stirring until the specific gravity of the liquid reaches 1090.

    3. Make sure the liquid temperature is below 39°C (102°F) and then add 90 grams of Black Label yeast (3.18 oz). If you need to ferment larger volumes, you can get more information at www.turbo-yeast.com. Mix well until no yeast particles are visible.

    4. Let ferment at room temperature of 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F) for 3 days or until fermentation stops. The ingredients in this yeast include active dry yeast, yeast nutrients, and traces of vitamins and minerals.

    - For 25 liters: 6 kg of sugar and 1 sachet of yeast.

    - For 50 liters: 12 kg of sugar and 2 sachets of yeast.

    - For 100 liters: 24 kg of sugar and 8 sachets of yeast.

    - For 200 liters: 48 kg of sugar and 8 sachets of yeast.

    - For 250 liters: 60 kg of sugar and 9 sachets of yeast.

    - For 300 liters: 75 kg of sugar and 10 sachets of yeast.

    - For 350 liters: 84 kg of sugar and 11 sachets of yeast.

    - For 400 liters: 96 kg of sugar and 12 sachets of yeast.

    - For 500 liters: 120 kg of sugar and 14 sachets of yeast.

    - For 600 liters: 144 kg of sugar and 15 sachets of yeast.

    - For 700 liters: 168 kg of sugar and 16 sachets of yeast.

    - For 800 liters: 192 kg of sugar and 17 sachets of yeast.

    - For 900 liters: 215 kg of sugar and 18 sachets of yeast.

    - For 1000 liters: 240 kg of sugar and 19 sachets of yeast.
