Introducing the 300 liter PROFESSIONAL + BOX GIN still, a high-quality and high-performance product.

This still is made of 2.5mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish that gives it an elegant look. It also features brass handles and nuts, and welded joints for durability.

One of the advantages of this still is its versatility. It can be used for distillation with or without the included botanicals box, thanks to the transfer tube that is included. This allows for adaptation to different distillation preferences and needs.

In terms of capacity and performance, this still has a total capacity of 330 liters and a usable capacity of 300 liters. The estimated distillation time is 5-6 hours, and the expected yield is 10-15% of the usable capacity, equivalent to 30-45 liters per distillation. These data are based on a 10% alcoholic ferment.

The still comes equipped with various accessories that facilitate its use and control.

It includes 2 large thermometers 0-120º, installed in the helmet and the condenser, to monitor the temperatures of the transit gases and the refrigerant, respectively.

It also features a vertical thermometer 0-120º in the boiler to monitor the temperature of the mash, a pressure gauge to control internal pressure, an alcoholmeter with thermometer to measure the alcohol content of the distillation, and a stand for the alcoholmeter that allows for more comfortable measurement.

In addition, it includes a safety valve in the boiler to prevent excessive pressure, brass fittings to ensure sealing between the boiler and the helmet, a access door in the boiler made of stainless steel, and a discharge tube in the boiler with a 2.5" valve in stainless steel or brass, to remove excess product.

The still comes with a professional gas grill TT-60, with a power of 31.6 kw, and iron supports for the boiler, GIN BOX, and condenser.

It also features the GIN BOX, which includes a basket for botanicals, allowing for steam distillation or infusion.

Finally, it includes a transfer tube for distillation without the GIN BOX.
