Whiskey Alembic 500 liters PROFESSIONAL + GIN BOX

Introducing the "Professional 500 liter Whisky Still + GIN BOX", a high-quality product designed for distilling whisky, gin, and rum.

This still is made with 2.5mm copper sheet, hammered and with handles and brass nuts. Additionally, all joints are soldered to ensure durability.

One of the advantages of this still is that it can be distilled with or without the botanicals box. We include a transfer tube for those who prefer to distill without the botanicals box.

This still has a total capacity of 550 liters, with a useful capacity of 500 liters. The distillation time is approximately 6-8 hours and the yield is 10-15% of the useful capacity, which is equivalent to 50-75 liters per distillation. These yield data are based on a 10% alcohol ferment.

The still comes equipped with various accessories to facilitate its use.

It includes 2 large thermometers 0-120º installed, one in the helmet to control the temperature of the transit gases and another in the condenser to control the temperature of the cooler.

It also features a vertical thermometer 0-120º in the boiler to control the temperature of the mash, a pressure gauge in the boiler to control internal pressure, and an alcoholmeter with thermometer to measure the alcohol content of the distillation.

In addition, a support for the alcoholmeter is included to facilitate its use.

To ensure safety, the still has a safety valve in the boiler to prevent excess pressure.

The design of the still also includes brass fittings between the boiler and the helmet to ensure a tight seal, a access door in the boiler made of stainless steel to facilitate access to the interior, and a discharge tube in the boiler with a 2.5" stainless steel or brass valve to discharge the excess product.

The still comes with a professional gas grill TT-70 (propane or natural gas 31.17 kw) and iron supports for the boiler, GIN BOX, and condenser.

Additionally, the GIN BOX with botanical basket is included, ideal for steam distillations or infusions.

A transfer tube is also provided for those who wish to distill without the GIN BOX.
