Introducing the "Whiskey Alembic 400 liters PROFESSIONAL," a high-quality and high-performance product designed for distilling gin, whisky, or rum.

This 400-liter PROFESSIONAL whisky still is made of 2.5 mm copper sheet, hammered and with bright brass handles and nuts. The joints are welded to ensure durability.

This still offers a total capacity of 450 liters and a useful capacity of 400 liters. The distillation time ranges from 6 to 8 hours. The expected yield is 10-15% of the useful capacity, which is equivalent to distilling 40-60 liters per cycle. These performance data are based on a 10° alcohol ferment.

The still includes several accessories to facilitate its use and control.

It has 2 large thermometers 0-120º installed, one on the helmet to control the temperature of the transit gases, and another on the condenser to control the temperature of the cooler.

It also has a vertical thermometer 0-120º on the boiler to control the temperature of the mash.

In addition, it has a pressure gauge on the boiler to control internal pressure and an alcoholmeter with thermometer to measure the alcohol content of the distillation.

A support for the alcoholmeter is included to facilitate its use.

To ensure safety, the still has a safety valve on the boiler and brass unions between the boiler and the helmet to ensure the sealing of the two pieces.

It also features an access door on the boiler and a 2.5" discharge tube with stainless steel or brass valve to discharge the excess product from the boiler.

As for the heat source, a professional gas grill TT-70 has been incorporated, which works with both propane and natural gas, with a power of 31.17 kW.

The iron supports for the boiler and the condenser are included.
