This still is made of 2.5 mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish that gives it an elegant look. In addition, it has bright brass handles and nuts and welded joints to ensure durability.

Regarding its capacities and performance, this still has a total capacity of 550 liters and a useful capacity of 500 liters. The distillation time is 6-8 hours, and the yield is between 10% and 15% of the useful capacity, which means that you can obtain between 50 and 75 liters of distillate for each process. These performance data are based on a ferment of 10º alcoholic content.

This still includes several accessories that will help you in the distillation process.

It has 2 large 0-120º thermometers installed, one in the hood to control the temperature of the transit gases, and another in the cooler to control the temperature of the refrigerator.

It also has a 0-120º vertical thermometer in the boiler to control the temperature of the wort, and a pressure gauge to control the internal pressure.

In addition, a breathalyzer with a thermometer is included to measure the alcoholic strength of the distillation, and a breathalyzer support that facilitates its use.

To ensure safety, this still has a safety valve in the boiler.

The still also comes equipped with CIP cleaning systems in the boiler and cap, which makes cleaning the interior easier.

In addition, it has a discharge tube in the boiler with a 2.5" stainless steel or brass valve, to discharge the excess product from the boiler.

Rectification lens with magnifying tube allows us to rectify and purify the distillation to achieve better quality and a higher alcoholic level in our distillations.

For operation, a TT-70 professional gas grill is included, which can run on propane or natural gas and has a power of 31.17 kw.
