The still features 2 separation grates, one for the condenser and another for the boiler, providing a suitable configuration for steam distillation and helping keep the plant material separated from the water.

🥃 Alcoholic distillation

For alcoholic distillation, the boiler has a 30-litre capacity and provides an approximate yield of 10-15%, based on a 10º alcoholic fermented mash.

This allows approximately 3-5 litres of product per distillation to be obtained.

🌿 Aromatic distillation of plants and flowers

For plant and flower distillation, the equipment provides a capacity of approximately 1.5-2 kg of plant material, distributed between the boiler and condenser.

The steam-distillation configuration allows plants and flowers to be processed while keeping them separated from the water by means of the separation grates.
