This complete multifunctional kit is designed for alcohol distillation, flavoured alcohol distillation, and the distillation of plants and flowers. A versatile solution for working with both alcoholic and aromatic distillations using the same equipment.

🥃 Alcohol distillation

The 30-litre multifunctional still is suitable for alcoholic distillation with a yield of 10–15%, considering a 10° alcoholic ferment.

Depending on the ferment and distillation process, it can produce approximately 3–5 litres per distillation.

🌿 Plant and flower distillation

The 30-litre boiler is equipped with a column with a capacity for 2400 g of plants or flowers.

This configuration allows the aromatic distillation of plant material, producing approximately 24–27 litres of hydrosol and 35–40 ml of pure essential oil per distillation.

🔧 Construction and materials

The boiler is made of hammered copper and incorporates welded joints, stainless-steel reinforcements and stainless-steel handles.

The equipment includes a 6" stainless-steel 304 Clamp, providing a secure connection between the different sections of the still.

⚙️ Integrated configuration

The column is connected to the head, transfer tube and cooler, forming a single integrated piece.

The equipment incorporates three stainless-steel reinforcements: one at the base of the column, one at the top of the column and one on the cooler.
