The ECO Complete Distillation Kit for Advanced Users is a versatile and complete setup designed for experienced distillers who want to work with both alcohol and aromatic distillation using the same equipment.

The ECO model is our economical option and is recommended for occasional or sporadic domestic use. Its configuration allows different types of distillation to be carried out depending on the raw material being processed.

🏺 30 L Multifunction Still

The kit includes a 30 L Multifunction Still with a 30-litre boiler capacity, suitable for working with both alcoholic ferments and plants or flowers intended for the production of hydrosols and essential oils.

This configuration provides a versatile solution for experienced distillers looking for a complete system for different distillation applications.

🥃 Alcohol Distillation

For alcohol distillation, the boiler has a capacity of 30 litres and provides an approximate yield of 10–15% when working with a 10° alcoholic ferment.

This allows approximately 3–5 litres of product per distillation to be obtained.

🌿 Aromatic Distillation of Plants and Flowers

For aromatic distillation, the boiler has a capacity of 30 litres, while the column can be loaded with between 800 and 2500 g of plants or flowers per distillation.

When the plant material has released its essential oil, the column can be emptied and refilled, allowing between 3 and 5 column refills per distillation.

This process can produce approximately:

💧 Hydrosol: 25–26 L per distillation.

🌸 Pure essential oil: 25–30 ml per distillation.

🔨 Still Construction

The Multifunction Still is made from 100% copper, using 1 mm thick hammered copper sheet.

The equipment features bright brass handles and nuts and riveted joints, providing a construction suitable for the occasional or sporadic domestic use for which the ECO model is intended.
