The Basic 30-Litre Multifunctional Kit is a versatile and practical equipment designed for alcohol distillation, flavoured alcohol distillation, and the distillation of plants and flowers, allowing different processes to be carried out with a single still.

🔥 Performance in alcohol distillation

The multifunctional still has a 30-litre capacity.

For alcohol distillation, it offers a 10–15% yield when working with a 10° alcoholic ferment, producing approximately 3–5 litres per distillation.

🌸 Plant and flower distillation

For plant and flower distillation, the boiler has a 30-litre capacity and the column can hold approximately 2400 g of plants or flowers.

Each distillation can produce approximately 24–27 litres of hydrosol and 35–40 ml of pure essential oil.

🔧 Design and materials

The still features a 30-litre hammered copper boiler, with welded joints, stainless-steel reinforcements and handles, plus a 6" stainless-steel 304 Clamp for secure sealing.

⚙️ Multifunctional configuration

One of the key features of this model is its integrated configuration: the column is connected to the head, transfer tube and cooler, forming a single piece.

This integrated configuration provides a practical and stable structure for carrying out different types of distillation with the same equipment.

🔧 Reinforcements and structure

The equipment incorporates 3 stainless-steel reinforcements: one at the base of the column, one at the top of the column and one on the cooler.

All component connections are fully welded.

The distillate outlet tube features a bright brass nut.
