The 300-Litre Complete Hydraulic Still with GIN BOX is designed for the alcoholic distillation of fermented liquids such as spirits, wine, must, gin, whisky and rum. Its durable construction and comprehensive range of accessories help support an efficient distillation process, with a focus on both the quality and yield of the finished spirit.

This model includes a GIN BOX fitted with a basket for botanicals. It allows you to explore different ways of making craft gin, including steam distillation and infusion, to develop distinctive aromas and flavours.

The GIN BOX holds botanicals during the process, helping transfer their aromas and flavours to the spirit. Its basket is designed for making gin through steam distillation or infusion, giving you more flexibility when creating your own botanical blends.

A transfer pipe is also included, allowing the still to be used without the GIN BOX.

• Total capacity: 330 litres.
• Working capacity: 300 litres.
• Estimated distillation time: 5–6 hours.
• Indicative yield: 10–15% of the working capacity.

As a general guide, when processing a fermented liquid with an alcohol content of around 10% ABV, the estimated output is:

• Simple distillation without a rectifier: approximately 30–45 litres at around 45% ABV.
• With rectification: approximately 20–30 litres at around 75% ABV.

Actual output will vary depending on the raw material, fermentation strength and distillation conditions.
