The 100-Litre Complete Hydraulic Still for SOLIDS is designed for alcoholic distillation of solid materials such as fruit, grape pomace, cereals and doughs. Its robust construction and efficient condensation system are designed to optimise both distillate quality and yield.

With simple distillation, without a rectifier and using a fermented wash at 10° alcohol, the approximate output is 10–15 litres at around 45% ABV.

With rectification, the approximate output is 8–10 litres at around 75% ABV. Results may vary depending on the fermented material and distillation conditions.
