200-Litre Complete Hydraulic Still for LIQUIDS
The 200-Litre Complete Hydraulic Still for LIQUIDS is specifically designed for alcoholic distillation of liquid ferments such as spirits, wine and must. Its robust construction, high-performance condenser and discharge system help optimise the distillation process and produce clean, aromatic distillates of excellent purity.
🛠 Premium construction
🔨 Made from 2 mm thick hammered copper sheet.
🟡 Fitted with brass nuts and iron handles.
🔗 Welded joints throughout the structure provide strength and durability.
🧱 The boiler features protective iron reinforcements to strengthen the structure during use.
❄️ High-performance condenser
The condenser promotes efficient vapour condensation and optimises gas flow during distillation. This supports efficient operation and helps produce a cleaner, purer distillate.
🔥 Capacity and performance
- Total capacity: 220 litres.
- Working capacity: 200 litres.
- Estimated distillation time: 4–5 hours.
- Indicative yield: 10–15% of working capacity.
📈 Approximate output
For simple distillation without a rectifier, using a fermented liquid with an initial alcohol content of approximately 10% ABV, the estimated output is 20–30 litres of distillate at around 45% ABV.
With rectification, the estimated output is 15–20 litres of distillate at around 75% ABV.
🎁 Included accessories
✔ Two large thermometers with a 0–120 °C scale.
✔ Large alcoholmeter with a 0–100° scale.
✔ Alcoholmeter holder.
✔ Discharge pipe with a 2.5-inch valve, made from stainless steel or brass.
✔ Dedicated 60 cm gas burner designed for this model.
✔ Rectification lens to help achieve higher alcohol purity and strength.
✔ Iron supports for the boiler and cooler.
🧴 Optimised distillation process
This model is designed to optimise both the quality and quantity of the distillate. Its reinforced construction, head with high-performance condenser and discharge system contribute to efficient and safe operation.
Note: The output figures are approximate estimates. Actual results depend on the composition and initial alcohol content of the fermented liquid, as well as operating conditions.
