We present the Crusher - Destemmer JOLLY 60 REVERSE with vibrating sorting table, a high quality equipment designed for manual or automatic harvesting in wineries.

Gentle pressing is carried out with adjustable and removable rubber rollers and with independent motorization.

Destemming net 300 mm in diameter and 1000 mm long, made of anti-tear pressed sheet metal.

The net is equipped with the exclusive rubber drag system.

Technical characteristics (cod.818):

Structure: built entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, it is composed of two separate destemming and sorting modules, connected by the height-adjustable support frame.

Destemmer-crusher:

• • Equipped with a loading hopper with dosing screw driven by a speed variator.
  • The hopper is equipped with a filter for liquid extraction and a DIN 50 extraction fitting.
  • The 300 mm diameter destemming net is built entirely of pressed stainless steel, with an anti-tearing system for the stems.
  • Standard perforation diameter of 24 mm, available on request from 18 to 32 mm.
  • Rubber grape auger installed as standard on the destemming net.
  • Internal shaft with adjustable cylinders arranged in a double helix.
  • The destemmer is installed on a stainless steel support frame, with telescopic legs to allow the installation of the sorting unit.

Vibrating sorting table:

• • Made entirely of stainless steel, equipped with a double side channel for waste, and a perforated grid with a collection tank.
  • It allows a correct distribution of the destemmed grains to facilitate manual sorting and selection operations.
  • The structure is equipped with telescopic legs, to allow easy installation of pressing units and/or collection pumps at the end of the line.

  • Rotation speed: variable from 400-650 rpm.
  • The selection group is a 1.1 kw electronic speed variator, which manages the two vibrating modules placed on the frame.

Cleaning:

• • The body of the machine can be opened centrally with double side doors.
  • The motor group can be opened by means of two gas pistons and allows a quick extraction of both the tree and the destemming net.
  • The collection tank of the selection group is easily removable and sanitizable.
  • All parts subject to greater stress and rotation are equipped with quick lubrication connections.
