We present the Crusher - Destemmer JOLLY 40 REVERSE, a high quality machine designed to facilitate the process of destemming and crushing grapes.

Centrifugal destemmer-crusher ideal for small quality wineries, with manual harvesting.

Completely made of stainless steel, without centrifugal transfer pump.

The machine is equipped with a centrifugal destemming net with anti-tear treatment in stainless steel.

The net is equipped with a stainless steel drag system.

The gentle pressing is carried out by means of adjustable and removable rubber rollers. The destemming shaft is supplied with rubber-coated blades as standard.

The machine is equipped with two independent motors.

The destemming speed is regulated by an electronic inverter.

The crushing unit and the collection tray are driven by a gear motor.

The machine is designed for the installation of a collection tank with double lateral connection and central homogenizing screw.

As an alternative to the collection tank, any type of pump with loading hopper can be installed, such as our elliptical rotor, single-screw and peristaltic pumps.

For cleaning operations, the machine can be completely opened centrally, with the possibility of removing both the tree and the destemming net.

The roller assembly and the collection tray are completely removable.
