Destemmer-crusher made entirely of stainless steel without transfer pump.

The destemming net is of professional type with an anti-tear surface finish.

The large loading hopper is equipped with a dosing screw that, on request, can be supplied with a protective rubber layer.

The destemming shaft is built with large rubber-coated blades. The roller group can be completely removed from the machine body to perform only the destemming.

It is also equipped with a handwheel to adjust the degree of pressing.

The machine is supplied as standard with a must collection tank, equipped with a central mixing screw and double lateral connection for connection to an external pump.

The collection tray is removable, allowing the installation of pumps equipped with a loading hopper.

For cleaning it is possible to remove the internal net, open the machine centrally, remove both the roller group and the collection tray.
