Introducing the Charentés 500 liter PROFESSIONAL Still, a model that comes with professional accessories to facilitate the distillation process.

This model is similar to the classic soldered one, but with the difference that it has a tank with an internal coil.

The function of this tank is to preheat the must being distilled, using the distillation vapor to heat the must that will then pass to the main boiler. This reduces distillation time and energy consumption.

The still has a capacity of 500 liters in the boiler and 330 liters in the central tank, with a yield of 10-15% of its capacity. Between 83 and 125 liters are obtained per distillation, considering a ferment of 10º alcohol content.

It is made of 2.5 mm copper sheet, with hammered, handles and brass nuts, and welded joints.

It includes several accessories such as 2 large thermometers 0-120º installed in the cap and the condenser, 2 vertical thermometers 0-120º in the boiler and the central tank, a pressure gauge to control internal pressure, a safety valve to prevent excessive pressure, an access door in the boiler, brass fittings to ensure sealing of the parts, an alcohol meter with thermometer, an alcohol meter support, a discharge tube in the boiler with a 2.5" valve in stainless steel or brass, and a professional gas burner TT-70.

Iron supports for the boiler, central tank, and condenser are also included.
