Introducing the Charentés 200 liter PROFESSIONAL Still, a model designed to facilitate distillation with quality accessories and efficient performance.

This model resembles the classic welded model, but with a distinctive feature: it has an internal tank with a coil. This tank is used to preheat the mash that is being distilled, using the steam from the distillation to heat the mash that is then transferred to the main boiler. This results in a shorter distillation time and lower energy consumption.

The still has a capacity of 200 liters in the boiler and 120 liters in the central tank, with a yield of 10-15% of its capacity. Between 32 and 48 liters are obtained per distillation.

Made of 2mm copper sheet, with hammered, shiny brass handles and nuts, and welded joints, it ensures durability and resistance.

The included accessories are: 2 large thermometers from 0-120º installed in the helmet and in the condenser to control the temperatures of the distillate in gaseous state and of the cooler, respectively.

Also included are 2 vertical thermometers from 0-120º, one in the boiler and one in the central tank, to control the temperatures of the mash and of the new mash to be distilled.

In addition, it has a pressure gauge in the boiler to control internal pressure and a safety valve to prevent excessive pressure.

The access door in the boiler, made of stainless steel, allows easy access to the interior.

The brass fittings between the boiler and the helmet, as well as in the central tank, guarantee a tight seal.

Also included is an alcoholmeter with thermometer to measure the alcohol content of the distillation, an alcoholmeter stand, a discharge tube in the boiler with a 2.5" stainless steel or brass valve to remove the excess product, and a professional gas burner TT-60.

For installation, iron supports are provided for the boiler, central tank, and condenser.
