🥃 100-Liter Whisky Alembic with Double Thumper

The 100-Liter Whisky Still with Double Thumper has been designed for producing whisky, gin, rum and other artisanal spirits with the highest quality. Its traditional copper design, combined with a modular distillation system, allows for cleaner, more aromatic distillates and greater control throughout the entire process.

Made of 2 mm hammered copper, it features polished brass handles and nuts, and fully welded joints that ensure excellent strength, durability and tightness. Its 100-liter working capacity provides an approximate yield of 10 to 15 liters per distillation (without thumpers), based on a 10% alcohol wash, with an estimated distillation time of 3 to 4 hours.

🥃 Maximum versatility with the Double Thumper system

This equipment offers great flexibility, as it can be used as a traditional still, with one thumper or with two thumpers, adapting to each distillation process.

The double thumper system allows progressive redistillation of vapors before reaching the condenser. In addition to increasing alcohol strength and improving purity, thumpers can be used as a gin-box, allowing botanicals, fruits, spices or other ingredients to aromatize the spirit during production.

Thanks to this modular configuration, the distiller can choose the level of redistillation and the aromatic profile for each batch.

For easier maintenance, both thumpers and the condenser include their own drain valve, allowing quick emptying and easier cleaning after each distillation.
