*Includes a thumper to increase the alcohol content of the distillation or to give flavour by functioning as a column or gin-box.

The alembic has a capacity of 30 litres and a yield of 10-15% considering a ferment of 10º alcohol.

3 to 5 litres are obtained per distillation.
