This still is made of 2.5 mm copper sheet, hammered and with handles and brass nuts. Additionally, all the joints are welded to ensure durability.

A notable feature of this still is the inclusion of protective irons in the boiler. These irons not only protect the boiler but also facilitate the turning of the leftover product, which is very convenient.

Regarding capacities and yields, this still has a total capacity of 550 liters and a useful capacity of 500 liters. The estimated distillation time is 6-8 hours. The expected yield is 10-15% of the useful capacity, which is equivalent to 50-75 liters per distillation.

This still allows for both simple distillations and rectification distillations.

In simple distillations, a yield of 50-75 liters at approximately 45º alcohol can be obtained.

On the other hand, in rectification distillations, a yield of 40-50 liters at approximately 75º alcohol can be obtained. It is important to mention that these yield data are based on a 10º alcohol ferment.

The still comes complete with several accessories that will be very useful to you.

It includes a large thermometer of 0-120º to control the distillation temperature, as well as a large alcoholmeter of 0-100º to measure the alcohol content.

It also includes an alcoholmeter stand to facilitate its use.

In addition, it has a separation grid to prevent solids from sticking to the bottom of the boiler, a 70 cm gas grill specific to this model, and a rectification lens to purify the distillation and obtain a purer alcohol with a higher proof.

Finally, iron supports for the boiler and the condenser are included.
