This alembic has been manufactured with 2.5 mm copper sheet, hammered and with bright brass handles and nuts. In addition, all joints are welded to ensure durability.

A notable feature of this alembic is the inclusion of protective irons in the boiler, which not only protect the equipment, but also facilitate the turning of the excess product during the distillation process.

In terms of capacity and performance, this alembic has a total capacity of 550 liters and a useful capacity of 500 liters. The estimated distillation time is 6 to 8 hours.

In terms of performance, it is estimated that between 10% and 15% of the useful capacity can be obtained, which is equivalent to 50-75 liters per distillation. It is important to note that these performance data are based on a 10º alcoholic fermentation.
