This still is made with 2mm copper sheet, hammered and with bright brass handles and nuts. Additionally, all the joints are welded to ensure durability.

One of the standout features of this still is the inclusion of protective irons in the boiler. These irons not only protect the equipment but also facilitate the turning of the excess product during the distillation process.

In terms of capacity and performance, this still has a total capacity of 220 liters and a useful capacity of 200 liters. The distillation time is approximately 4-5 hours.

In terms of performance, you can expect a yield of 10-15% of the useful capacity, which is equivalent to 20-30 liters per distillation.

If a simple distillation without rectification is performed, around 20-30 liters of alcohol at approximately 45º will be obtained.

On the other hand, if rectification is used, the yield will be 15-20 liters at around 75º. These data are based on a 10º alcoholic ferment.

This still comes complete with various accessories.

It includes a large thermometer of 0-120º to control the temperature during distillation.

It also includes a large alcoholometer of 0-100º to measure the alcohol content of the distillate.

To facilitate the measurement of the graduation, an alcoholometer holder is provided.

In addition, a separation grid is included to prevent solids from sticking to the bottom of the boiler, a specific 60 cm gas grill for this model, and a rectification lens to purify the distillate and obtain a purer and graded alcohol.
