This still is made of 2mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish that gives it an elegant look. It also features shiny brass handles and nuts, and welded joints for durability.
The still includes a 2" threaded plug on the boiler, although the 2" stainless steel discharge valve is not included.
With a total capacity of 110 liters and a useful capacity of 100 liters, this still is perfect for distilling liquids. The distillation time is 3-4 hours and its yield ranges from 10% to 15% of the useful capacity, which is equivalent to 10-15 liters per distillation. It is important to note that these yield data are based on a 10% alcoholic ferment.
To facilitate the distillation process, the still includes a large thermometer from 0-120º that allows you to control the temperature during the process, and a large alcoholmeter from 0-100º that indicates the alcohol content of the distillation.
